🚫 Account Suspension & Closure

kd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the closure or restriction of the account.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in kd777's dormant account policy in force at the relevant time.

Where an account is closed by kd777 due to a breach of these Terms, kd777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
